विकसित भारत का रास्ता विकसित बिहार से होकर ही जाएगा। बिहार से लिया गया हर एक संकल्प पूर्ण होती ही है! डॉ विक्रम चौरसिया !

 

 

बिहार की पावन भूमि पर ही बहुत से महान लोगो ने जन्म लिया इसी पावन भूमि पर दुनियां के बहुत से हिस्सों में लोग जब पढना लिखना भी नहीं जानते थे, उस समय शिक्षा का सबसे बड़ा केंद्र, नालंदा विश्वविद्यालय बिहार की राजधानी पाटलिपुत्र वर्तमान में पटना में था,बिहार की ही पावन भूमि पर अशोक, अजातशत्रु, बिम्बिसार, चंद्रगुप्त मौर्य, बुद्ध के साथ ही अन्य महान लोगो का धरा रहा ,आज़ाद भारत के प्रथम राष्ट्रपति डॉ. राजेंद्र प्रसाद का जन्म भी बिहार में ही हुआ था न वही सिक्खों के दसवे गुरु गोविद सिंह का जन्म भी बिहार की राजधानी पटना में हुआ। आज भी भारत के सबसे ज्यादा भारतीय प्रशासनिक अधिकारी बिहार से ही निकलते हैं, लेकिन लगातार विदेशियों के आक्रमण और नेताओं के घटिया राजनीति के कारण बिहार भारत के सबसे गरीब और पिछड़े राज्यों में से एक आज हो गया है। विश्व में शिक्षा के केंद्र का गौरव प्राप्त करने वाले इस राज्य में साक्षरता दर अन्य राज्यों से कम हो गई है, और रोजगार न मिलने के कारण पलायन एक बहुत बड़ी समस्या बन चुका है,जिसका भुक्तभोगी खुद हूं मेरे जैसे बिहार के हर वर्ग के लोग पलायन करने पर मजबूर लेकिन अब और ज्यादा ना अब बिहार को देश का सबसे विकसित राज्य बनाना ही हम सभी का लक्ष्य होना चाहिए, राज्य में वर्षों से विकास की बातें होते आ रही काम भी हुआ ,लेकिन इसके बावजूद अब भी हमारा राज्य पिछड़ा है,विकास के मायने में हमें बिहार को देश का नंबर एक होना चाहिए,सोचिए न अपना बिहार चन्द्रगुप्त मौर्य , बुद्ध, सम्राट अशोक व चाणक्य की धरती है, जब-जब किसी दुश्मन ने भारत को चुनौती दी है, बिहार ही ढाल बनकर खड़ा हुआ ,बिहार की धरती पर लिया हुआ हर एक संकल्प पूरा हुआ है।

मेरे विचार से विकसित भारत का रास्ता विकसित बिहार से होकर ही जाएगा,विकसित भारत का निर्माण केवल बेंगलुरु ,मुंबई व दिल्ली में ही नहीं, बल्कि पटना , भागलपुर व रोहतास में भी होना चाहिए,ध्यान रहे 2047 का रास्ता हर गाँव और ज़िले से होकर गुज़रता है,और इसमें बिहार शायद सबसे महत्वपूर्ण पड़ाव है और होना भी चाहिए।सच्चाई तो ये है कि बिहार स्वतंत्रता के समय औद्योगिक रूप से अन्य राज्यों की तुलना में काफी आगे था, लेकिन बिहार के विभाजन के बाद सभी प्रमुख उद्योग झारखंड में चले गए और बिहार औद्योगिक दृष्टि से भी पिछड़ा राज्य बन गया ,अब हमें संकल्प लेने की जरूरत है कि बिहार को पुनः वही गौरव दिलाने के लिए सभी नागरिक अपने अपने सामर्थ्य अनुसार दिन रात मेहनत करते हुए राज्य को और खुद को आगे बढ़ाते रहे।

The sacred land of Bihar has given birth to many great personalities. At a time when much of the world did not even know how to read or write, Bihar was home to Nalanda University – one of the greatest centers of learning, located in Pataliputra (today’s Patna). The soil of Bihar nurtured legends such as Emperor Ashoka, Ajatashatru, Bimbisara, Chandragupta Maurya, Lord Buddha, and many others.

 

Independent India’s first President, Dr. Rajendra Prasad, was born here, as was Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru. Even today, Bihar produces the highest number of civil servants in the country.

 

Yet, due to centuries of foreign invasions and the poor politics of leaders, Bihar has become one of India’s most backward and impoverished states. The literacy rate here, once a matter of pride for the world, has fallen behind many other states. Unemployment has forced mass migration—something I personally have experienced, along with countless others from Bihar.

 

But now, this cannot continue. Our mission must be to make Bihar the most developed state in the country. Progress has been made over the years, but much remains to be done. In terms of development, Bihar deserves to be number one.

 

Remember, this is the land of Chandragupta Maurya, Lord Buddha, Emperor Ashoka, and Chanakya. Whenever India faced challenges, Bihar rose as a shield. Every resolution taken on the soil of Bihar has been fulfilled.

 

In my view, the road to a developed India must pass through a developed Bihar. Nation-building cannot happen only in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi—it must also happen in Patna, Bhagalpur, and Rohtas. The vision of 2047 passes through every village and district of India, and Bihar must be the most important stop on that journey.

 

The truth is, at the time of independence, Bihar was ahead of many states in industrial terms. But after the partition of Bihar and Jharkhand, most industries went to Jharkhand, leaving Bihar industrially backward.

 

Now, it is time for us to resolve that we will restore Bihar to its former glory. Every citizen must contribute, working day and night within their capacity, to push Bihar—and themselves—forward.
